Lenox Avenue from 116th to 130th Streets
Sponsored by The Laundromat Project, the Harlem Story Walk is a site-specific storytelling event spotlighting Harlem voices. Traveling down Lenox Avenue between 130th and 116th Streets, the HarlemStory Walk will stop at Harlem street corners and storefronts. Stories will be expressed through various mediums including music, dance, theater, spoken word, film and the visual arts and will be told by a curated selection of artists and community members, as well as passersby.
Art In FLUX Harlem is working with the Laundromat Project on selecting Harlem artists to present chalk murals along Lenox Avenue during the Story Walk.
