“Does Your Skin Define You?”Understanding what it's like to be IN HER SKIN
The four panelists, Corine Kemp (Scott) Bachmann, Kennedy Yanko, Madeline McCray, and Marsha Bonner, discuss the challenges of living with the skin in which they were born; how they overcame inhibitions and insecurities relating to appearance and what they do now to celebrate their beauty and success. Does their skin describe them? Does the characterization of their exterior become a statement that defines who they are, what they can accomplish, how people react to or interact with them? Is it possible, as a woman, to navigate life disregarding the response to outer appearances and rely solely on internal directionals? Each of these successful, stunning, dynamic panelists has experienced their own personal struggles, be it with substance abuse, body issues, poverty or personal loss yet each has overcome these struggles. What does it take to live in her skin and does her skin define her success?
